ISDI’s Objectives
To develop programs and activities aimed at finding new markets and otherwise increasing industry sales of new steel drums and containers.
To represent the interests of the steel shipping container industry or any part or branch thereof before federal agencies and the U.S. Congress.
To gather and disseminate pertinent industry information to ISDI membership and/or the public.
To encourage innovations and support research and development that advances the industry while ensuring compliance with government regulations.
To facilitate the exchange of information, provide leadership and support on industry-related issues, and provide educational opportunities for the benefit of ISDI members.
