Chris Lind manages technical and regulatory issues for ISDI. He worked in the industrial packaging industry for many years and has significant operational expertise related to steel drums. Chris is a native of Rochester, N.Y., and holds a BA in Geological Science and an MA in Environmental Science from the University of Rochester.

Ryan Paquet manages ISDI’s regulatory matters, especially those related to the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA). He has more than 20 years of experience in hazardous materials transportation safety and has a deep understanding of PHMSA’s internal operations after serving in key leadership roles at the Agency.
